Ricardo Espinoza-Valdez, 28, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, was charged by the Maricopa County Attorney's Office on Nov. 16 in connection with surreptitious and attempted surreptitious videotaping of girls while on the Saguaro High School campus.
He failed to show up for his trial over the summer, and has been on the lam for four months, according to Maricopa County Superior Court documents.
It says that he got bail because it was a lower-felony. I think any felony, with this much evidence, should not be eligible for bail, when commited at a school, and by an illegal immigrant. I am sure there are some people who would say "that isn't fair"....
Another fine example of Federal Gov't failure to protect us from people who
shouldn't be here in th first place.
